WHY?- Because his work is simply beautiful a spectacle to look at it, instead of subjecting the viewer to some hidden message he allows them to interpret the work they way they choose to. His creations are metaphysical appearing to have a purpose and function deeper than the one they display adding mystery to it before they begin to show. He employs science into his art employing scientists to create his creations, his work deals with the physics of time and space, I guess although the machines remain the same each show is different as the shadows and lighting for each viewing will obviously differ allowing you to be captivated all over again.
