That Face

As i avidly read magazines and devour books its usually hard for me to be gripped by one book all day but that's how i consumed That Face, Sadly i didn't go see it when it was st the Royal Court it was written when the writer was 19 and at only 22 Polly Stenham has won several awards, had her play transferred to the west end & several countries and is already at play number 2, Tusk Tusk which debuted at the Royal Court this year. Quite an achievement for one so young but as i say age is just a number. The book mainly focuses on a mother who has lost control and slowly spirals into madness, her son becomes her parent and takes on the role of carer with dire consequences.
