Collected Underground Idea

Doug Aitkens project is pretty cool I could Imagine this on a scale in London offering National Rail or Overground commuters the chance to see performances as they are on their daily commute or more specifically as Kanye has just done streaming on building at specific times what about using old rail ways or an old station giving a time and place and allowing a band or artists fans to come down and see a video thats shown on the panels there's so many ways to artistically engage and innovate yet many musicians don't have the budget, ideas or are just lazy
