Lily Allen is one of those stars that are so likeable (bankable in their own right obviously being able to pull in magazine sales as she has graced the said magazine cover on more than one occasion) that she can be placed on a cover with nothing to promote, Love Lily and can't wait for the next album how ever far away it is.
